Hi Everyone, I'm super excited I got an interview with LM for a Level 3! Boeing hasn't been promoting and I think it's time to move on. However, even though I met minimum qualifications I'm worried about the interview and I have no idea what it will be like. Most entry level roles are behavioral interviews but does that apply to Junior roles as well? Does anybody have tips or can give me an idea of what I should expect? #defense #interview
Dude! Get out ! Anything is better than here. We are not getting out from the covid for 3 years Atleast. Aviation/hospitality industry is doomed till 2023.
Recruiter said prepare for a technical interview. I'm confused and scared lol
Create your stories with both behavioral and technical aspects and get out of Boeing! Even with the promotions, some areas will only increase $3500. I’m trying to get out myself. Been here too long.
Expect very low TC and boring boring slow paperwork
I know you asked about the interview but still
It's a great job for someone in their mid to old age. For young people, it's boring AF and slow AF
Which location are you in / looking to move to? TC?
You will do fine just believe in yourself and have technical stories
Former LM here. Anything level 2 and above is going to have behavior questions and LM uses the STAR format for most of that. Is this Aero or RMS?
You'll be fine. It'll mostly be behavioral but I can tell you that I would ask a few tech questions.
Want to know as well
I’m sure it’s behavioral, resume rundown, and just some conceptual questions. They want a pulse. Tc or gtfo
