I have a offer not sure to accept it or not
I have an offer from Series B startup, the pay is not bad but it is 5 days in office, I don’t like amazon but I don’t know how is that startup. What would you guys do? I have other interviews as well. What is the most reasonable thing in this situation. TC: 300k

Ain’t nobody going to office 5 days a week unless they are desperate for a job and can’t find anything else. Which by the very fact means they are dumb. No company should be hiring such desperate dumb people. Let this be a painful lesson for that sTaRtUP when it eventually fails.
definitely do agree the last part but working remotely since covid i getting more inclined to work at office with people. idont know just could be me but isnt it fine to go to big offices like those of big tech companies? a genuine question
Everyone is different. Some people like the office and that's okay. I agree, since COVID, I miss the office more. I wouldn't go 5 days a week unless desperate, but 2 days would be nice. Like Tuesday, Wednesday in office and the rest at home would be sweet.
