I have an offer from Paypal, SJ for BI Analyst role (4 YOE)

I currently work as Data Engineer at Omnipro. Current TC: 150K/annum Paypal TC: 138K Base/10% Bonus/60K RSU (3 yr Vest) How is the layoff situation in Paypal at my level? Is it safe to move? Though the pay is high, I am concerned about moving to BI Analyst role from Data Engineer position. Health and food is fully free at Omnipro (No premium and 0 out of pocket).
