CTC= cumulative total comp, the Ctc figure should include everything including jb and stock Did you mean to say base salary?

Interview process took 2-3 weeks, After leadership it took 3-4 days to roll out offer

There's no way your YOE is 4 and you're getting senior lead in Qualcomm or earning that figure in Samsung. By your description, you must be atleast 6 yoe for such figures and title

If you don’t have inhibitions to work at a startup, take ShareChat else get into Amazon - within two cycles you can become AS2 at 6 yoe, if not, you can move out to an even better company with Amazon brand on resume.
