I haven’t been sick in 2 years, am I okay?

I’ve been around a lot of sick people at work, but I still remain healthy. I eat like crap and I drink an okay amount of water. Is this normal?

Give it 5 more years or having kids, whichever comes first.

Being sick has nothing to do with your diet and everything to do with the antibodies your body has developed by being exposed to different agents

Here I'm talking about the common cold/ flu and nothing else

You grew up or lived in lot of bad areas ? So you have developed good immunity. I have experienced similar thing , but can go away quickly so don’t be so confident lol

Lol goodness

Imagine your immune system is like a door. All them germs are crammed up in the door and none can get through. Just don’t get slapped suddenly and you’ll live forever like Mr. Burns from The Simpsons. :)

Just take a trip to a poorer country, let's see how strong those antibodies are :)

Awkward flex indeed but I’m hitting 10 years in October; so.... 🤷🏻‍♂️

My brother has this same “good problem,” too.

My guess is you get enough sleep. Most people in their 20s wouldn't get sick very often at all with the right amount of sleep

Good point! I hit 5-8 hours (of sleep) on average.
