After comprehensive research and my thorough analysis, it seems like eye twitching will eventually cause disability if not recovered after a few weeks. This gets me really scared as my eyes twitch all the time. Anyone developed symptoms like the pics below? I saw my doctor but it doesn’t seem to be a concern for them. I’m not trusting doctors at this point. Tc 320k
It’s caused due to high cortisol.
Yes in India it might lead to serious physical injury from crowd beating you if do that while looking at a woman
Either nutrient deficiency or stress.
Eye twitches can easily be fixed. This is what my Dr had me do. When they start, do the following exercise. 1) strongly shut both eyes and hold them shut for 10 seconds. 2) relax for 10 seconds 3) repeat 🔁 10 times The exercise stops the “short circuit” spasms that cause the twitching in the first place. Keep doing this until the twitching stops completely. It can take up to a few weeks. And eye twitching isn’t a big issue at all. Listen to your doctor and not Dr. Internet. You’re not House.
I had this (mainly eyelid twitching, sometimes area around the eye) and it was due to lack of magnesium. Take multivitamins.
I agree ☝🏼
My ophthalmologist said it was due to lack of sleep or more likely too much caffeine. Not sure but it stopped after a while. If it gets too bad and impairs daily life people actually get Botox in that area
Whenever I am stressed or have less rest, then usually my eye twitches. It goes away when I am back to normal. Have a good rest. Don't worry too much. Reduce device usage. Take multivitamins/supplements. Exercise. Meditate. Do these, and you will be alright.
I’ve had this from too much caffeine. Had to take a break and went away
I get twitches when I don't sleep enough or I'm stressed (i.e. elevated cortisol levels)
Huh
