I cannot say for what position or when, or for what team. But yeah, i interviewed at Blind. Actually, i got pretty far in and have not been officially rejected yet, but not sure it’ll convert to offer. DM if you have questions about the company. It is a very small company with heavy presence in South Korea and barely presence in Bay Area. Blind has little competition, so huge upside? Not a unicorn yet.
What's the business model? Do they sell our data/info?
Sell professional targeted ads
Business model is “incel to happy relationship”
What’s the tc range
Low compared to FAANG but still six figs
How was the interview process?
What’s their huge upside?
Why can't you see its company reviews on blind?
Blind has competition. Reddit, fishbowl, levels to name a few. Having a concentrated userbase of socially awkward nerds doesn't make you unicorn.
Fishbowl has way less users, and sold themself early and cheap
But fishbowl has much broader appeal.
Unless Blind sells our data OR has youtube listed as a company, then somehow convinces YT employees to rate it badly to blackmail YT for money (we know YT is butthurt about its own bad rating). Otherwise I don’t see much profit in the business model.
I reported them a bug on app, while ago. They fixed said thank you but no bounty
What was the bug
I’m curious what Blind even pays tbh
B money for bonus
Not sure about equity but def six figure base
Huge upside lol
OP thinks blind is the only social network out there
