Leadership is still giving me very high visible projects with big responsibilities. While I received my first MI (Moderate impact) last month. After many years, I got thrown underneath the bus from my colleague with fabricated lies. Now I have a moderate impact for the whole year. Why would leadership though continue give me high-level impactful projects if I received a Modern impact???? 😟 This is super frustrating. They have found the scapegoat . They can say they gave it yo you for performance improvement and you weren’t able to deliver.

Rating is subjective. Managers can do anything and have any rating
Sounds like your colleague is controlling the narrative with your leadership - this is not good - try to switch teams
