I just resigned from my Accenture job and couldn’t be happier
I have been manipulated, taken advantage of and strung along for the past two years. I only wish I did it sooner. Thanks to this community and to Blind for helping me realize my worth. Happy new year everyone. Accenture TC: $66k New TC: $120k YOE: 3
Why do you feel that way? Is it just cause of TC?
Yeah I was underpaid by $20k, I started off at a lower level despite having experience and was told my level and sector don’t actually matter. And I was stuck with the same client for two years even though I was constantly asking for a different client or to be transferred back home.

Good for you. Yesterday was my last day after 16 years at level=Partner-1 with a consulting company (and not the first). Moving on to AWS on Monday... will be a refreshing change.
