What’s the stack
So far, just LAMP (vanilla PHP) for web & backend, and SwiftUI+Storyboard for iOS. I think the tech is already at a stable point though… if anything, maybe just minor work as I start to scale.

Net positive cash flow in year 1. That’s enough PMF for me 🤷♂️

How do you do taxes and deal with the legal side of things?
Experience from other ventures, so I mostly handle this myself. Not paying any outside services for formation or cap table management. Eventually for payroll, thinking to use Gusto. They’ll handle taxes and filing.

Is this like reselling vintage bags or similar? I am not experienced in fashion but also don’t know what else exactly in fashion would be organically growing in year 1, kinda high revenue per user, but this few MAUs at the moment I’m interested in general for analytics, but based elsewhere in the US 😅
