It’s steeping. I’m pretty excited. I’ve never made horchata before now. I also can’t sleep and have a recruiter call in 7 hours.
Boba is more interesting

I’ve tried it several times in different places but it’s one of those things I won’t buy on my own.
Recipe?
Pt 1 1.5 cups of skinned almonds .5 cup of washed white rice .5 tsp of nutmeg 1 tsp of cinnamon 2 tsp of vanilla extract 2 cups of boiling water Blend it for about 1-2 mins Pt. 2 Wait 12-24 hours Pt. 3 Add cold water or milk with about 1 cup of white sugar (based on how sweet you want it) you can swap evaporated milk for sweetness.
I would dilute this more. It’s very potent.
Cool. Try dumplings now!
Damn Daniel
I’ve already made my own before! :D It was tricky to fold them initially.
Horcha is an underrated drink. It's gooddddd.
Protek ya neck
Nothing in that recipe looks like horchata. Real horchata is made out of tigernut.
Is it tho? Tigernuts are not native to the Americas.

Good job. Now go to bed and take deep long breaths while counting down from 100. Ace that screening call.
