I work for a non-profit and on an average, I commit 9-12 hours per day. I seek for a more challenging and enabling environment that can afford me the automony to think outside the box and own the process. In my current position/org, although I have grown tremendously both personally and professionally, I feel I need more room for professional development especially not the ones I carve out for myself and for job security. I would love to work for an organization that has clear structures in place, prioritizes professional development, and prioritizes the welfare of employees. My core expertise revolves around:- Relationship management Training and development Coaching and mentoring Recruitment and selection Stakeholder management Program execution Consulting Project management Multiple priorities management. I need a job that allows for continuous learning, that challenges the status quo, allows me to grow and develop my KSAs, that provides opportunities to travel, and that pays very well. I have a B.Sc. in Human Management, a weekend MBA from CiAM and an MBA (in view) from Nexford University. I have 6-7 YOE. I can work virtually and also migrate. What would you advise me to do please? Any job referrals or opportunities to share, especially in multinationals? #hiring #jobopening #recruiting @GE @McKinsey @AlanandGrant
