I really want to change jobs and move to a FAMG company. A Stands from Amazon. Tips?

I like Xilinx but I feel I can get more TC and FAMG is the only option. The stock was doing great until we got hit by the trade deal and Huawei ban nonsense unfortunately which is not the company's fault. TC 190K. 6 yoe. I recently tried applying to these but my resume isn't getting selected (some even with referrals) and I think my resume/background is pretty decent. Is it because most of the hiring is done for the year ? I would appreciate some tips. I'm looking for front end design roles only so my options also limited maybe. Just looking for insights and constructive replies only.
