Drop the N word a couple of times in a meeting and OP will be leetcoding in no time!

Sounds like a good opportunity for growth?

Staying is ?

Yeah, I’m not sure what you’re actual YOE is but you might be able to come out the other side with a lot of experience under your belt and be better positioned for your next opportunity or within the organization itself.

Why not prepare for interviews with other companies?

Boeing blindsees OP May 11, 2020

I don’t get time because the projects take most of my time, that’s one of the reasons I want to leave . So I can have time to prepare

Don’t do that. Try to find time. More often than not, you will be able to. You really need 20 minutes to solve one LeetCode problem (at least, 20 min or below should be your target). Tell your family that you need time for LeetCode. Replace your whatever hobby with LeetCode. Reduce social life. Work harder during day time and finish work a little early. Or get up earlier in the morning for LeetCode. There are many ways to squeeze time. Quitting should be a last resort, especially in this time of crisis.

You’re right! Thank you for the advise

They'll never fire you and they won't give you a reference in either direction no matter how good you were (policy) so put them in a position where laying you off to get rid of you is the only logical thing to do. Start leetcoding during work. If your boss asks what you're doing say "practicing for interviews for another job". If he asks you when you're going to get your work done, tell him you have no interest in ever doing it. SPEEA will never let them actually fire you (not applicable to South Carolina & SoCal where SPEEA doesn't exist) so you'll get laid off and they won't give you a negative reference (nor would they have given you a positive one in the other case either).
