I was fired but my manager gave me time to search another job
Today I had the annual review meeting and my manager told me that I have bad feedback from my colleagues and that I have 3 months to search for something else. I asked to see the feedback and they said that they will write a summary and will send it to me next week. I told them that while working on my tasks they always said is ok. This is an outsourcing company, my product owner always said I am doing ok. When I told them about this they said that he is a diplomat. I told my colleagues that they fired me and almost all said: "wtf" and that they gave me good feedback (maybe they were telling lies). I was working for this company for almost 2 years and a half. In autumn I had an offer from EA of 2000 euros net salary monthly. My salary here was 880 euros + meal tickets. No raise in these years (when I got employed I told them I won't ask for money for 2 years, I want just experience). When I told him about the ea offer today he told me to go work there. This is happening in Romania. Is this normal?
You have 3 months to interview and pick that fits you. Work 2-3 hours a day.
But if I do this and I will need recommendation letters in feature from them. I want to leave in peace. Idk, am I thinking wrong?
I think it's great that you are gettinf fired especially when someone else is putting higher value for your skills
Why didn't you take the 2k offer in the past? Also "OK" is the same as negative feedback.
Didn't like the project. He wasn't saying "ok", more like "is fine".

They probably didn’t do you any favor, Standard policy in many places is to give 2 to 3 month notice to employees before firing them
just focus on getting out.
