I was reminded today that Groupon is still around
Saw their email in my spam folder. Been years since I used Groupon. I remember Marissa wanted to buy them for $6B and the founder turned it down lol. Fortunately she didn't become Google CEO (thanks Yahoo!) And there was Groupon's rival, Living Social ;-) #groupon
I have a 100 bucks in Groupon credit from years ago..there is nothing really to use it on
I last used it for my ny trip in 2018 where i got a deal for Empire State Building visit
Not sure what's so funny or weird about existence of Groupon? Don't know about others but I've been getting some good deals for my home maintenance like pressure wash, Gutter clean, moss removal etc. What's your point? You should be reminded that not everyone works in high paying jobs like yourself. People look for and shop for deals.
No point, just that it kinda faded. Don't recall seeing any ads from them these days. Good to know others still find them useful.
I see Groupon adds on MySpace feed all day long.
I do still use it from time to time but whenever I do use it, the business owner basically wishes I didn't cuz they don't make money.They prefer me just ask them for the deal before buying it.
Ah Groupon. I remember when it was the new big thing, but it ended up just being Coupons 2.0, and ended up just like it's paper inspiration, mostly ending up ignored and tossed in the trash...
