I've been grinding leetcode for 6 months, but I'm still not getting it. I still struggle to do random mediums and sometimes even easys that I haven't seen before. Worse, I took a 3 week break to build a personal project and I feel like I've forgotten a lot of what I've learned. I need someone who has successfully done this before to guide me on what they did and how I can do it too. I also need someone who is good at explaining DSA to answer the questions I have that come up. I'm willing to pay competitive rates ($150-300/hr DOE) to meet for weekly sessions for an hour once a week. Here's what I'm looking for: - self studied DSA going from 0 to landing a job at FAANG+ that does leetcode style interviews - has experience teaching technical concepts in some capacity - has recently gone through this process/isn't rusty on DSA - patient and kind personality prefer but not dealbreaker - some evidence of teaching ability such as a youtube channel, blog posts, or prior clients - self-taught or bootcamper who had to learn from ground 0 rather than CS major - got an offer from Google or made to team matching stage About me: - I've done 359 total leetcode, 258 in the past 6 months - I have studied all of the most common patterns but haven't mastered them - I'm a bootcamp grad and senior engineer with 6+ years of experience - I want to land a job at FAANG/FAANG adjacent like Airbnb, Pinterest, Snapchat - I quit my job at Mailchimp to study full time and want a new job by June If you're interested in the position please DM me with your qualifications #leetcode #FAANG #Google #Meta
Why not try like interview io or something similar? I’m in same position tbh lol But have you done any interviews yet to see how what you get? Sometimes it just luck
I’d prefer to cut out the middle man in regards to interviewing.io. I don’t think I’m at a point where I’m comfortable enough to interview and if I fail I have to wait a year to reapply. If I was consistently solving random mediums in 20 mins I would think I’m ready.
Lol! Good Luck

Streaming myself on twitch solving hackerrank problems on a timer while talking out loud was the most helpful thing I did to practice leetcode. You don't need even need an audience, just to talk out loud if you had one. You can review VODS later to see how you did & are improving.
DM resume. If interesting I'd do a few sessions for free. Staff at Google. Previously worked at Microsoft, citadel, etc ... Have had offers from a dozen companies (including Uber, etc ..) - but it's a very different market now (Uber recently rejected me at the resume screen phase despite having an offer from them 2 years ago).
Its all about recognizing common patterns until it makes sense. Takes time and some luck. Create an excel sheet and group similar questions together. You will get to a point where when you see question 1 with pattern A you will automatically remember all the other related questions. Good luck!
I’ll help you for free…no need to dish out money at DSA…never ever anything except leetcode premium…unless you are new to CS..
Principal at MSFT, moving to Staff at Meta. Just got done with a bunch of this stuff. DM if you need help.
I fit most of your preferred points and am preparing for interviews myself. Maybe I can help. :) DM me
