More than 30 sev2s on an average per week. Managers demanding and squeezing out as much work as they can. At the same time they will gaslight you about deadlines, so that you dont ask for a promo or a raise. Coworkers not sharing information. Onboarding buddy ignoring your questions and then b$tching to your manager that you are not a self-starter. All this for what? Slightly more pay as compared to Amazon retail and putting up 'I WoRk on DistribUted SYstems on LinkedIn'. Like bruh, all you are doing is ops work and bug fixes. Sev2: severity level 2.. worked in ML for 10yrs, never been ON call or had to deal with prod issues. Thank god thst is what keeps me sane
