Free really bad coffee. Mediocre snacks (chips, granola bars, fruit.) A small free gym. Might depend on role but $300 a year for computer accessories (monitors, adapters, etc.) Reduced price on Stock. Extended Medical and Dental insurance. Temporarily we also get free lunch once a week in the office. Also it's still no mandate to go into the office yet, but it won't be long now.
How is the RRSP matching or retirement benefits?
I think it's 4% RRSP matching through SunLife. I'm not 100% sure though.
Perks are the $300/year and a few other things mentioned below. There are also “blue points” which is sad. There is really no money here. If you get a good laptop you are lucky. IBM is strong on culture, work life balance and some interesting projects. The people in general are great to work with. Typically some good challenges. Depends what you want out of life. I have enjoyed it
