usually IBM base comp varies based on tiers across the US , If they made a written offer the base home office will have to mentioned in the offer letter . also GBS has no global cloud practice so check which service line, growth platform you are coming for ? did they mention that bonus in the offer letter ?

This seems incorrect. IBM doesnt have a performance based bonus. You are only paid vai the Gross Profit Sharing which in last 10 yrs history didnt exceed 5% I was there for a long time. I call BS
How much will that 5% equal to in cash ? Any range ?
Partner is a director role. They get performance based bonus.
