My IBM offer letter does not mention my band level, which the recruiter said would be band 8. Is this normal? Should I be worried that my band level is not in the offer letter? Will the band level be updated in IBM employee systems? #ibm #offerletter #offer #tech

Why does it matter? You agreed on the salary that's what matters. Imagine you get band 7 instead. That's 100x better for you, lower expectations so easier path to a promotion to increase pay. At least easier and faster than at band 8
