If you have a MS in CS you should try for a better company !! Aim high!
Don’t do it. They’ll under pay you by 40%, while telling you how great your work is for 3 years. Promise a big promotion and raise. Stop short at raising you by only one band and then give you only 15k additional pay with zero bonus or RSU when inflation for the year already surpassed your raise. IBM is a joke. Just don’t. Choose any other company. Literally any other company.

The best help I could provide is to refer to you any other company. IBM is the absolute worst choice. Just go elsewhere. If you’re stuck and no one will hire you then look at IBM.
