IRS hasn’t deducted tax from my bank account
They have accepted my filing but haven’t deducted the money from bank. Is this an issue? If so what should I do? My assumption is it’s busy out there and they’ll do it in coming weeks.
Don’t worry — Uncle Sam never forgets to take money that’s being offered to it. It’s good for you that they are letting you earn a few extra days of interest income 😅

No issue, “accepted” just means they are aware you submitted your tax returns and currently consider you as “filed”.
They won’t deduct it , you have to pay them
They took some time but mine got deducted this morning.
Mine just got deducted yesterday. Give it time.
Open multiple accounts, set it to deduct from one you don't often use & build up some savings
They are running a tax forgiveness program this year through which few lucky tax payers will get their tax forgiven. Maybe you are one of them.
Just wait... they have been a little slow.
