Ibuprofen for headaches every other day. Ok?
I get headaches balancing work, lack of sleep, taking care of kids and house chores. So I take 400mg of ibuprofen about 3 to 4 times a week. I’m ok during the weekend as I get more rest. But I don’t have a choice on weekdays. Will taking ibuprofen in this manner bad long term?
You’re better off asking a doctor. But I used to take them for pain when I competed in combat sports. And I believe being told it was not a good idea. But again. Please consult a doctor.
You are trying to reduce the symptoms without addressing the underlying root causes. It would be better to consult with a doctor.
If it's good you won't be worried. It doesn't sound good. I am not a doctor by any means but something that has helped me a lot was drinking a lot of water throughout the day and try electrolytes water for a first few days(3-4) days and see if it helps.
This .. try everyone .. contiparion, headache. Sore throat. Allergy etc all gone

Watch for side effects. Only take meds for the least amount of time. Try yoga instead.
How long those headaches last ?

i was like you, it will damage your liver..try to take a nap whenever possible, it helps a lot
