Ict3 or ict4 at Apple, hardware engineer
Trying to figure out where I fit in... master's degree in mechanical engineering with 6.5yoe. I have an offer at ICT3 and the hiring manager says I can likely be at ICT4 within a year. I'd like to push for a new offer at ICT4 if it is realistic. Can any current Apple employees share their thoughts?

Possible. Depends on the manager actually. In my team HR told me the same but the actual review I was told that we need to wait for 2 reviews. It all depends on how your team works and how honest your manager is. I waited since my manager was honest and got it as promised so I shelved my updated resume π
