Peaceful Protest Hasn’t Worked and Has Been Met With Aggression.
So about to start PERM process. I have two options: (1) File with EB-2 (MS with 0 yr work experience) (2) File with EB-3 (MS with 0 yr work experience) *** Both with Google PERM batch processing, 9089 is about to get filed with either one. My attorney said (1) has a 50% chance of getting audited, whereas (2) has 10%. And also based on the visa bulletin, both EB-2 and EB-3 are current. So it makes perfect sense to file with (2) to reduce the likelihood of getting audited in PERM stage. But I wonder if EB-2 is moving faster than EB-3 in AOS (I-485) stage... Is it the case? Once it gets to AOS stage, does EB-2 vs EB-3 matter at all? If EB-2 is significantly faster in AOS, then I might want to process with EB-2. TC: 260K YOE: 0 #greencard #i-485
Also to answer your question. EB-2. Even if audited you are likely to come out just fine esp. at Google
Do you mean EB-2 is going to be faster than EB-3 in AOS ?
Not necessarily faster but better. Just saying discount your odds of audit
Eb-3. No issues and no benefit in AOS irrespective of EB-2 or 3.
Republic Of Wales?
What’s ROW?
Rest of the world.
No difference OP. File EB3.
No difference, file eb3 and you should be good to gc in 18-24 months
Just to be clear: You are an alien not a citizen. Also to be clear: ROW status is based on country of birth and not citizenship.
"ROW citizen" is a perfectly valid statement. They're a resident in the US and a citizen in their home country which is from ROW.
