If I get fully remote job should I move to Malibu?
Prospective tc would be $300k for Bay Area I’d expect 10% base cut in moving I’m single and self sufficient don’t give a shit about schools or things like that

Why Malibu? Living in Seattle I found the best thing to do is live in an income tax free state and if I want to go to the beach I can pay $1000 for a 4 day getaway. Pay $1000 while saving $30-$40k in income tax.
Why Malibu? OC or San Diego are better options.
