If a foreign student on F1 visa couldn't complete Masters degree, but if they get offer, can they do OPT?can they get H1
Assuming they don't complete degree, but got offer in final semester. Can they work or say be unemployed for 60 days ( or 90 days whatever) and by that time if their H1b is picked in lottery, can they work directly in H1b without a Masters degree(assuming their undergrad qualifies for definition of STEM)? #tech

H1 doesnβt necessarily depend on your masters, but you will be at a clear disadvantage because it wouldnβt be in the masters quota. Itβs like filing for an H1 without your US degree in the common pool.

Can't get post completion OPT as you have not completed degree. Can get pre-completion OPT
How about H1b?
I am not sure, but I had to give my degree for h-1b application, so I am inclined to think h-1b will not be possible
