If you aren’t actively helping women/minorities, you’re a bigot
How is it that in 2019 we still have such a lack of diversity and over representation of cis gendered white/Asian males at tech companies? It’s high time we start calling a spade a spade. If you don’t mentor or help lift up those underrepresented you are a bigot who is holding back progress For the bigots who aren’t doing their part to improve diversity in tech, just know that we are coming for you. You will be outed, and you will be replaced.

How many women/black did you see in your computer science class? Do you think the school don’t accept them, or most of them are not interested in this field? Most of the software engineer candidates are male, can you suggest how to fix that first?

There are plenty of brilliant women and minority engineers who don’t have a computer science degree. Why discriminate against them because they don’t conform to your standard?
Cute. Men keep women out of combat, then whine that they die with higher frequency. Men tend to choose more guaranteed methods of suicide (gun vs pills) and so die from the act at higher rates. Men still participate less in child-rearing but wonder why they get less custody. Men gatekeep industrial jobs and make them hostile environments for women, then bemoan their own accidents. Men are more frequently the victims of homicide, but women are far far more likely to be murdered by someone they know. Men get longer jail (or prison?) sentences because they are more often incarcerated for violent/repeat crimes than women. Next?
1. Women still face discrimination in the military and are less likely to serve in combat positions. 2. Men have been socialized to not talk about their feelings and are less likely to seek help for mental health issues. 3. Women are less likely to work in industrial settings and have faced harassment and discrimination when they have tried to integrate. 4. Men and women are socialized to assume women are naturally better caregivers. No one is saying that there aren't crappy things about being a man. Toxic masculinity, the patriarchy, and stereotypes harm everyone.
