If you have failed an interview, don't apply again using another Email account. It won't work.
Context: Failed a Google Internship Interview for Fall 2019. So applied again using another Email Account for Winter 2020 but they rejected me without even interviewing this time.
Obviously they match first name last name phone number and other details and not only email
I changed my Phone No. too. The only thing I couldn't change was my First and Last name. My name can't be that uncommon
Maybe if you give us your first and last name, phone, address, and credit card information we could help better solving the issue.

Don't try to do this kind of trick to recruiters. They are not stupid. Name or phone number search is super easy.

Yeah some are ridiculously stupid. A while back I spoke to one who couldn't even differentiate between backend vs frontend, while the word backend is all over my resume.
Haha. My friend applied 3 times for SDE Intern role at Amazon. Each time he got the interview calls. Now he is interning at Amazon.

I am not sure about internship interviews but google, fb (tier 1 tech) etc companies usually need 1 year gap time between your next interview attempt (u start can apply after 10 month though). Also, i think assumption is you did not screw it big time in the first attempt. :)
Most tech recruiting uses an HR software with OCR and smart matching. Your info is stored in a database along with resume and when you apply with different email it will flag you as a duplicate.
