IRS Warns Thousands of Taxpayers They Could Face Jail Time
I interviewed with them recently and had a quite negative experience. I was being interviewed for a research related role (at least that's what was communicated to me by the recruiter), and was asked to present my work. I was constantly interrupted throughout my presentation, and towards the end a panelist seemed apprehensive. He basically wanted some deep learning jargon, and I didn't have any. My second round of interview was with a different panel where they grilled only on a small part of my resume (it was supposed to be a domain related round, and they didn't bother to check my domain knowledge). Needless to say, I was rejected. Heard from someone that they too had a very negative experience in their interview. So I'm wondering if their interview process is really a bad one. TC: I'm laid off! YoE: ~6 years
Totally agree, SRIB overall is a bad org with careless people, especially in HR. The recruiting system is broken because the heads of group do not have technical background. So, they go by noise.
Hi, I have one SWC Professional test coming up for lateral hire ... Are we allowed to use the stl library (std/c++)?
Anonymously post a Glassdoor review also. Don't worry about your path crossing with the people who interviewed you. If they are interviewing, they are permanent liabilities of SRIB who will never leave the company and team. They have learnt the team politics and can survive only there, nowhere else
Anonymous glassdoor reviews are useless. I may as well stand on top of Marathahalli bridge and warn passersby. I'm surprised I'm getting these responses from someone who claims they are in the upper management. You definitely have identified the issue. You should probably talk this further up the chain.
This has been communicated multiple times. But it does not change anything here. Now, with the New Valley vision, something might change, so is my hope, so asked.
I work for samsung Bangalore. Which team was it? I can share your experience to upper management
Thanks for the help. But I don't want to do anything. I work in a niche area, and sooner or later our paths will cross (mine and the interviewer).
I am from upper management. I do not name people, I will look at org wide data and suggest improvement
