Refering weak candidates doesn't bode well for anyone, so most won't risk some random poster with only a subject line and no more info. Save everyone time and tell us about your experience/location/TC/citizenship/etc when you post (enough that it doesn't reveal your identity, of course!).

There are legitimate reasons for "new", e.g. anonymity too difficult at small company. Educate yourself before judging.
