Interview feedback was very positive and expecting offer soon from Illumio. How's the company doing ? Any red flags ? People seemed nice in general What are the exit plans towards ipo ?#tech
People are helpful and depending on your project you will learn a lot. Make sure you ask about the project in the platform team. Some projects are in constant fire fighting mode. The cloud team has unrealistic deadlines and non-existent work life balance. Check reviews on Glassdoor and Blind. A bunch of C level have left, and one of the cofounder also left. Though this may not impact you. As the other poster mentioned, don't join thinking the company will ipo soon. The overall compensation is on the lower end in the market. The company is pushing for 5 days in the office, currently at 3
I would look somewhere else. Do you have other offers?
Might be on the way
Best to keep looking if you can. Company has crazy culture of fear. The CPO is a tyrant and there's no hope for an IPO any time soon. Tech teams are "encouraged" to be in the office 5 days / week. HR is toxic AF and will screw you over. Again, keep looking if you can.
CPO is a retard. Doesn’t understand basic things and lacks customer empathy. He has a big company mindset of throw resources to get stuff done which doesn’t work in a small company. Cloud team is a total mess. 80 hour work weeks are routine. Be prepared to work long hours or else… The best days of this company may be behind it.
complete trash of a business. They will never IPO unless they build a product for MM and expand the cloud offering. They have no other customers outside of 300 or so enterprise clients. Everyone else is shit tier.
