What's the best way to not reveal the my situation
Why would you hid information? Wouldn’t you get what you want if you asked your Recruiter for it?
Be transparent. Healthiest for everyone.
Reveal the positive. It’s leverage. If you get offers then tell him, if you think you’re getting offers tell him, if you get rejected say they are dragging their feet or you declined an offer.
They are interviewing other candidates. At my old company, when we liked someone and we knew they have a good offer, we often would chose to make an offer right away even with other candidates in the running.
Don’t tell the recruiter you unless you have an offer. Then you can use that to negotiate for more money if they really like you.
There's nothing wrong with providing a general, neutral status. "Still in talks with multiple companies, Timmy... Just like last week." And if you're feeling feisty, just ask him if he wants to know because he's looking around...
Do you have an offer deadline or something? You can just choose to say you’ll update him/her if there are any developments that concern them.
