Is it just me or is it hard to comprehend your question?
Not just you. OP, please clarify what you're saying.
Translation: OP is good at his or her job. Upper Management is targeting OP because they can't use OP's work for visibility (i.e. showing to their management how awesome they are).
What?
?
Just move on by finding a new job
Okay. English is the only language I know and I still don’t understand what OP is saying. Anyone else reading this right?
Based on the title, the only detail that I am confidently clear about is that someone in the senior management position doesn't value OP. I believe the OP is also implying that someone is valued if they are good at making their work and their team visible i.e. visibility is important. Is that interpretation accurate, OP? If yes, then perhaps explore who the Senior Management actually values and what they are doing differently to you. It might be useful if you share your role and this upper management person's role in the org for others to advise you accordingly.
OP has moved on
I agree. I have the same problem when I go to Target. The upper racks are seldom visible. I’d advise asking some of the in store employees for help.
This is the right answer based on how I understand the question.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
I have been made a target recently also. Swear i know your pain. Have you talked to HR about your views?
Bad move - HR will screw you. Find a common friend with the attacker and see if it can peacefully resolved
I was targeted by my manager. I went to HR. Now upper management viewed me as a bad apple and took his side for everything. HR is only there to prevent egregiously bad behavior and protect from lawsuits. HRBP reps usually work hand inhans with the upper management that is targeting you and wouldn't jeopardize their relationship and their job by siding against management. OP, you are screwed and should interview prep.
