In google L5 or FB E5 do they ask previous project work details in the interview?

No they would go over past project complexity, scope and challenges in behavioral round. That contributes a lot to leveling.

Very important. Can get rejected if you poorly explain what you do.

Ok. But that is more of leadership principles type right? Not much technical like how did you design this or what was this project about and what you did in that?
Ah, I see, They ask you to give examples, but nothing directly. I had my project discussion in microsoft interview only.
