Incentive % is not mentioned in Barclays offer letter
Hello, I received offer from Barclays. Recruiter told me I can get 10-15% incentive bonus per year but I can not see anything about incentive percentage on offer letter. Can you guys please tell me if your letter did not have incentive percentage mentioned but you get it?
If it is not mentioned, it is not offered..
The key is the word "can" no promises
Bonus is discretionary and it is not unusual for people to get no bonus if you’re rated “meets expectations”
I think it is second last rating, right? And can you tell me what was recent hike? I mean by how much %?
It’s the rating most get. Raises are not great. Mostly Cost of living adjustment
Bonuses depend on who your manager favors, your rating, time in role, and company performance. I have received bonuses from 5-20k. If you are an above average performer, expect 10-20% of your salary, if you are average, 2-5%.
It’s not guaranteed and will never be in an offer letter
If it's not on black and white, it is not part of the deal
