On site went well. Recruiter said I can come in as high L2. What TC should I shoot for? Is 225k + realistic in Austin or is that pricing myself too low? Is there any chance of negotiating remote? 10 YOE. Current TC 120 k which I'm not disclosing to the recruiter LC (LeetCode) 500
Does current base matters while next job offer?
Sometimes, (often) current TC is used to pigeonhole offers by new company. Got burnt once.
How long it took to do 500 LeetCode? Were the problems straight out of LeetCode in your interviews?
Began leetcoding back in July. I had at least 2 on site questions that I didn't see on LC.

How many did you do? Indeed hiring bar is high. You should try it and see what you get. They pay really good in Austin.

275 for high l2 in Austin? isn't that more the norm for Seattle /sf L2? curious how much of that would be LTIP
