Currently entertaining a product role at Indeed (Austin or APAC region). I would like to know more about their PM interview process as I heard they have a unique format. Other posts don't elaborate on that much unfortunately. Should I prep anything special for their unique loop besides the standard frameworks (e.g decode and conquer, tryExponent etc.) ? Thanks! #pm #product #productmanager #indeed #interview
If you get through phone screen, then next you get a design problem talking about a/b testing around email marketing newsletter. Next 4-6 interviews Amazon/Uber style.
Thanks! Can you please elaborate what “Amazon/Uber” style is?
Tell me about a time.... checkout Amazon LP based interviews. Be ready to get into a lot of detail. Also some people could do a mini case study around A/B testing.
Brush up your A/B testing fundamentals and focus on simplicity. We value that in our hiring process. No other special prep is necessary.
Thanks! You mean nothing special beyond the usual PM prep material (E.g product sense, design, execution etc)
Yep. It's the usual stuff. Just the two things I mentioned are critical and you will be evaluated on that throughout the process.
