Hey been looking at indeed as I’ve heard good things about it. I’ve been seeing salary ranges for senior product manager with some going between 150-200 and other from 190-240. Why the huge variance in bands for the same title? Also how does product Manager, senior product manager etc translate to Amazon, Facebook and Microsoft levels. Also does anyone work at the incubator? Engineering, design or product? Would love some perspective on what it’s like working there. Thx Yoe 7 Tc: 214k #product #productmanagement #indeed #seattle#tech
The different base ranges represent different levels. This is only base there is also bonus and RSU so TC is higher. You can work in Incubator, if your pitch is accepted but you need to be there for a year.
192k-242k is the base salary for Seattle (for Senior PM). 152k-192k is the salary for the US remote band. That includes anywhere in the US that is not near Seattle, Bay Area, or NY Metro.
In terms of leveling, Senior PMs can manage PMs.
Thank you! Do all senior pms need to manage someone or is it you’re an ic and it’s optional
Hey were you able to get an offer. Have an interview next week. How was the offer?
Bump! What was the senior pm offer like?
