What’s your estimate of total comp for those roles?
For the Staff SWE - $230k base (top end of pay band) / 40-80k sign-on / 40-80k LTIPs (value ~$3/LTIP) / 5-20% bonuses every quarter / 2-4% merit increases every year (not counting value of promos) Year 1- $320TC (at 230k base / 50k sign-on / 15% average quarterly bonuses) Year 2- $330 (merit increase / $50k Anniversary Bonus / 15% quarterly bonuses average) Year 3- ~$430 (LTIPs vest at $3 for 50k units / anniversary bonus is no more bc of LTIPs vesting / 15% quarterly bonus average) Every year after LTIPs vest TC will only climb unless LTIPs tank - doubtful Our anniversary bonuses only exist to get engineers to year 3 for LTIPs This same logic can be applied to the Sr. SWE role but with roughly 20-60k sign-on / 20-60k LTIPs
