I work with a multi billion dollar unlisted startup as VP engg. In final talks with MS for 65 position. How much fixed and TC should I expect? Any guidance, if thisis a good move. How is 65 position in seniorty level Please do guide#stock #microsoft

65 is entry level Principal. IMO a step down, assuming your startup has a future.

Got an offer last week that i rejected today. Ms fixed + variable (at peak 40 percent payout) was less than my current fixed. Yes stocks were extra but not a good offer . Thanks for the guidance
