Hi Team-Blind Community, Got an offer from Salesforce MTS(35L/Year)- Please share your insights on offer and Industrial cloud team at Salesforce primarily around tech stack, WLB, culture etc. I have accepted the offer. Now recruiters from Amazon/ Rubrik/ Intuit contacted me for an interview. Should I try these companies or settle with Salesforce? Current TC: 12.4 YoE: 2.5 #tech #salesforce
No harm in giving interviews, at the worst case you will get some practice and contacts with others in the industry. Dont worry about rejecting before getting another offer in hand.
Salesforce is definitely a very good company, but not suitable for early career. Explore other companies where all round learning can happen. Avoid Amazon as well. Engineering is pretty strong there and well established, most of infra is taken cared of, out of box.
Go for amazon or rubrik. Both will pay much more than this and learning and growth will be exponential. Definitely agree with above comment that salesforce is not suitable for such early career. You will regret joining salesforce.

I am getting many messages like this , that i have Salesforce offer is it worth trying others - i would say why not , we are not here to change often so if you are taking this big decision of job switch . Please try all possibilities, Amazon , Rubrik , Intuit are no where less than Salesforce. If it is some company which is offering u less package and may be below in our "so called" rankings don't try that .

You'll get 50+ from Amazon and rubrik for sure. If you like wlb , rest and vest, go with Salesforce Else, the other 3 can pay a lot more(not sure about Intuit)
