Seeing a lot of posts about NW, however, the journey for Indians who moved to the US comes with its own challenges and opportunities. Would love to see how we are doing and understand what’s working well to learn from each other. Nice! Any learnings on what worked well for you? Even better if you can share more about whether/how you negotiate? As a woman, one of my learnings is that I should have negotiated much earlier. I didn’t do that and would just take what I got offered :/

I'm not an Indian immigrant, but my grandparents are. 78, 112 million, Southern California, 4.5 million, 56 years in the US. They own a hospitality group with 8 hotels in SoCal. Gujarati Patels own 50% of hotels in America. Business ownership is the way to go to create wealth.
