Indian lunch food in Seattle?
I'm a serious fan of curry for lunch, (butter chicken, tiki masala, etc) but my local Indian place in west seattle doesn't have their lunch menu anymore. Anyone have any suggestions? Ideally someplace with a lunch buffet? Ie been ordering from shef, but I miss going out to lunch. Anyone have any suggestions? Please don't just tell me to go out to an Indian restaurant for dinner. I want curry for lunch!!!
Fyi - butter chicken , tikka masala are as Indian as General Tso is Chinese , ie not at all. No Indian has that as lunch.

I'm not Indian. I have been to saffron grill numerous times. It's probably too far for you.
Try Kastoori in downtown or Roti in Queen Anne
Lunch buffet is so pre pandemic . There wonโt be any demand for buffets going forward .
Does maharaja not do lunch anymore?

Not traditional, but whole foods hot bar usually has chicken tikka masala + basmatic rice too
