You need to really be careful
What do you mean exactly? What I think is to not give them docs before anything
If they are from well known company. There's no problem in getting in touch with them. Most of the companies have out sourced HR recruiter job to India, they woul be first point of contact and later based on your performance in interviews an HR executive from US will get in touch with you.
Depends on the company they're representing. If it's a small consulting group, proceed with caution. I've read way too many negative reviews on Glassdoor about small consulting groups.
There are sooo many small Indian consultancies. They’re spin up in a week, buy office space, and bid super low for a ton of work. A lot fold in 3-6 months, then the principles try again, and again... I’ve heard nothing but bad things about those companies.
Just walk away.
If you have a stable job, leaving that to work with these people, will be the biggest career mistake one could make.
Those folks at 22nd Century Technologies/ETalentNetwork have ZERO chill. Everyday they blow up my inbox.
Avoid agencies
Avoid at all costs
Obviously it is shady. Why is that even a question?
