Indians in all tech jobs in USA, UK, Poland, Singapore, Germany, Switzerland etc. Now all jobs are offshored to India from other countries. Are Indians now taking over the tech world for good?
People said the same thing in the early 2000’s when there was a push for offshoring tech roles. Quality and timelines will suffer due to time zones and distance and miscommunication and there will be a push to onshore in a few years (barring some major shift caused by AI which takes over instead). These things are cyclical.
Here people not coming to offices for few yrs, so can be shipped offshore
There’s a difference between people living an hour from the office and coming in once a month, but being available for meetings and working with people in IN and being limited to 1-2 early morning/late night meetings per day. Not to mention the toll of having 8/9am and 9/10pm meetings every day takes on the staff.
Slave culture form WITCH companies imported ... god save tech world morons don't listen and are rude.... not all but bad ones
Blind seesaws between China and India taking over the world
The fact is that the Indians hate to work under Indian managers. If you are reading this comment and you are an Indian manager you suck big time. I don't know you but yes I will judge you coz Indian managers are the worst. I am Indian and I hate to interact with these dumb Indian managers.
I heard it's mainly a southern Indian issue. can you confirm
Amen ! Northies are outright rude asses . No emotional intelligence what so ever , have a chip on their shoulder
Indian education system doesn’t foster taking risks and creative thinking, which leads to tons of engineers who can push buttons and do as they’re told, thus lacking visionary thinkers and pioneers of new technology. So if the definition of taking over tech world means, getting assigned worked done to meet basic goals, then yes, Indians have already taken over that part. Otherwise, Sergei, Larry, Bill gates etc are chilling while Sundar, Satya keep working to increase stock value.
It's not because we lack creative thinking or risk taking, it's only because we never had the government to back us if we are unemployed.
Given the right resources and guidance, all human beings are capable of creative thinking and risk taking. While we need to take into account that India was colonized for a while and still young in the process of development, we should also acknowledge the fact that Indians don’t accept their shortcomings and work towards addressing it. (Which can be seen in various arguments like H1Bs are single-handedly carrying us economy, all CEOs are Indian etc.) Ideally, In a democratic country, people are the government. But the overpopulation and extreme competition for limited resources incentivizes middle class people take a safe route. Blaming government doesn’t help in this matter in anyway. The system is rotten in its core, with undereducated people driving elections and mass exodus of talent to other countries in the world, it only gets harder to fix it.
They do a curry good job
No Indians won't take over IT trust me. We are burnt out. Most are just for the money and not passion. The Indian IT engineer would happily retire once they reach their financial safety net.
Indians are reproducing like flies thus why
With a TFR of 2.1?
Indians can not innovate with their middle class corporate dick sucking mentality, example: Sundar, Sathya ; Am sure jobs will come back to US.
Indian also took over the poll 😅
