Info on Criteo/gradient.io
I recently completed my interview with gradient.io(startup at Seattle which got acquired by criteo in 2020) for Sr ML eng. I felt the interviews went well, expecting an offer. Just curious to know more about wlb and TC bands at criteo. Any criteo or gradient employees around? TC: 200 + paper money

Dropping the TC info here. They offered me staff eng role. Base 230k, signon 34500, 4400 rsu over 4yrs, bonus 15%

What kind of things did they ask you?
2 coding rounds. One on DSA and another in code design. 1 system Design. Rest were all behavioral (cto and CEO)
