I’ve been offered $150K base and $10K bonus for SSE in redwood city CA I have 9 years of experience (3 in US) and my TC is 89K What max amount I should ask? Or should I keep trying other companies?

The domain is very growing and in high demand. Ask for a joining bonus, stay for a couple of years, and not more than that. Culture is good and you need to find your way!

Honest answer: no. If it is going to be significant bump in TC then yes.

May be if u negotiate they may stretch up to 160k or 165k. they won't pay beyond that. Pretty much this is the range SSE role gets at Infa Ask for sign-on bonus of atleast 20k (say that since there r no stocks it will help)
How is working culture in infa ?
used to be great and even now in most teams its still great !! Have worked long enough to work with most leaders. Feel like the clouds DI leadership treat engineers as factory workers. There is no civility, very rude.
