Insight on Autodesk Program Manager Role

Given the current circumstances surrounding workplace concerns such as layoffs, workload, and a healthy work environment/team, would it be a prudent decision to transition from my current non-tech program manager position at Amazon to pursue a role at Autodesk? While I am content with my current position, I am seeking better financial opportunities. However, I am hesitant about the potential of leaving one company only to encounter layoffs shortly after joining a new organization. Additionally, I would prefer to avoid investing time in interviewing for a position if the company is not actively hiring at present but conducting interviews for future requirements. It's important to note that I am specifically interested in a non-technical program manager role at AD, specifically a Customer Success PM. Also, any additional feedback, opinions, etc. on Autodesk and/or their Customer Success PM role would be greatly appreciated!

Autodesk is in a light hiring freeze because voluntary attrition was low, but the CEO doesnโ€™t want to do layoffs. They would be small cuts but not company layoffs. Iโ€™ve never heard of the rabid PIP culture here like at Amazon. The people who get PIPed deserve it.
